She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Butchko; and her parents, Michael Gregorius and Margaret Gregorius. She is survived by: her children, John (Lisa), Tom, Nick, Joe, Steve and Dee Ann Butchko; her grandchildren, Briana, Mariah (Richard), Brenna and Alayna; her great grandchild Brayden; her siblings, Benny, Paul and Theresa Gregorius; her caregivers, Theresa and Carol; and her daughter Diane of Bridge's Hospice.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Inc. (2323 E Carson St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Adalbert Church (160 S 15th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203).
