She is survived by: her children, John (Lisa), Tom, Nick, Joe, Steve and Dee Ann Butchko (Judy); her grandchildren, Briana, Mariah (Richard), Brenna and Alayna; her great grandchild Brayden; her siblings, Benny, Paul and Theresa Gregorius; her caregivers, Theresa and Carol; and her daughter Diane of Bridge's Hospice.
