He is survived by: his brother Steve Burlikowski; his daughter Haley Livingston; his grandchildren, Ben, Zach, Zaë and Max; his sibling-in-law Bert; his sibling's children, Gerald B. McNamara (Diane), Jennifer Junilius, Jaclyn Gura (Matt), Stacy Burlikowski and Steven Burlikowski; his great-nephews, Christopher Ealy and Brendan; and his great-niece Bridget McNamara.
