He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cutler and Cora Cabarus; his wife Lillie Mae Martin; and his brother Raymond Cutler. He is survived by: his daughter Nichelle; his siblings, Joann Graham, Gary Cutler (Kasop), Theresa Fitzgerald, Charles Lyons Cutler (Diane), Wade Cutler and Nathaniel Cutler; his sons, Charles Arthur Goggins (Faye), Derek Alan Martin (Lois) and Jeffrey Alan Martin; his grandchildren, Vimbai Mufuka Martin, Troy Devon Martin, Miles Mufuka Martin, Jai and Noah Martin; and his great grandchild Troy Devon Martin, Jr.. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
