He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Welch and June Welch. He is survived by: his wife Mary Deborah Welch (Debby); his brother Jim Welch (Ruth); his niece Carlee Welch; and his sister-in-law Arlene Pavelek. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
