He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Stowell and Charles Stowell; and his brother Kirk Stowell. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Stowell Sauer (Jim) and Craig Stowell (Janet); his nephews, Jason Stowell (Amy), Brian Stowell (Michelle) and Patrick Stowell (Marci); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sabrina, Shae, Alyssa, Abby, Jason, Asher, Aniah, Annabelle, Maximus and Bo.
In lieu of flowers because of his love and appreciation of the arts, the family suggests contributions be made to the Danny Devine Foundation that honors the late artist Danny Devine and offers free youth art programming to disadvantaged Pittsburgh youth or any arts endeavor of your choice in memory of Andy.
