She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick J. Duffy; her children, Beverly A. and Patrick J.; and her siblings, Shirley May, Donna Jean and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her children, Jane M. Duffy and Michael J. Duffy (Shonna); and her grandchildren, Pat (Annie), Shaun (Michelle), Amy, Brittany (Jeremy), Ryan, Shane and Mikenna. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Parish (460 Reed St, Clairton, PA 15025).
