She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaetano Campana (Bell) and Josephine Campana (Como); her husband Edward A. Kolaczynski of Patrick's Church; her sisters, Madaline Mazza, Marie Progar, Lucy De Temple and Venzie Campana; and her son-in-law Harold Penwell (Russ).
She is survived by: her children, Karen A. Penwell of Washington and Edward G. Kolaczynski (Cheryl) of Canonsburg; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Penwell Cooper (Charles), Maria Friday (John), Melinda Kolaczynski, Michael Kolaczynski, Joshua Kolaczynski (Elizabeth) and Sarah Kolaczynski. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (119 W Chestnut St, Washington, PA 15301). If you plan to attend the luncheon, please contact Karen or Eddie to RSVP.
