The memory of Anna Mae Hoyson (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 6, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Robert Gildea and Andrew Hoyson; her daughter Anna Mae "Candy" Leach (Robert); and her siblings, Virginia Henderson, Bill Patterson, Harry Patterson, Ida Loveland and Bobby McCune.
She is survived by: her son Patrick Gildea; her stepson Robert Gildea (Bonita); her granddaughter Mandy Leach; her great grandchild Finn; and her siblings, Jane North and Jack Patterson. She is also survived by many extended family members and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc. (4201 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
