She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rudzik and Anna Rudzik (Sorokas); her husband John Samuel Leezer; her sister Dorothy Rudzik; and her brother-in-law Jack Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Shreve (Anthony), Jonathan Leezer and Denise Griffith (Jeff); her grandchildren, Haley (Devin), Bella, Logan, Beckett, Mila, Harper, Rhett, Asa, Benson, Delaney and Carina; her great grandchildren, Lennyn and Renlee; and her siblings, John Rudzik (Vera), Joe Rudzik (Donna), Richard Rudzik, Mary Margaret Dean and William Kircher III. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
