She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie McCore Oden and George Minniefield; and her sister Mildred Oden Lawson. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Taylor, Sr.; and her sons, Victor Taylor (Dianne), Carson Taylor (Mary Jean), Dr. Bernard Taylor, Jr., Randall Taylor, Callen Bruce Taylor (Myra Dyahan) and Derek Chance Taylor. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
