He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Cimino (Wheeler); his daughters, Carolynn Santamaria (Michael) and Susan David (Francis); his grandchildren, Michael, Kate, Abby and Nathan; his sister Joann Campolo (Rusty); and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Hergenroeder (Charles) and Joe Wheeler.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas L. Nied Funeral Home (7441 Washington Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15218). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Maurice Church (2001 Ardmore Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15221).
