She was predeceased by: her husband Richard M. Green; her daughter Donna Landon (Larry); her parents, Thomas J., Sr. and Mary M. "Madge" O'Toole; and her siblings, William "Bill", Thomas J., Jr. and O'Toole.
She is survived by: her children, James Green (Lynn), Kenneth Saly (Connie), Mary Lyn Saly, Donald Saly (Phyllis), Robert Saly (Lisa) and David Green. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
