He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Krahulek (Johnson); his mother-in-law LaVerne Johnson; and his in-laws, Richard Johnson (Shannon), Valerie Rehberg (Jeff), Bob Johnson, Maureen Galish (Mark) and Lisa Sippel (Brian).
