He was predeceased by: his daughter Sarah Chilson; his parents, Arthur Chilson and Mary Ann Chilson; his niece Amanda Chilson; and his grandparents, Robert and Irene Chilson (Joyce).

He is survived by: his brother Christopher Chilson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
