He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jack Jeffries and Rena Evangeline Jeffries; and his brothers, William, Richard, Dennis, Lawrence, Maceo Jeffries and Terry Lee Davis.

He is survived by: his children, Arthur Jeffries Jr., Denyta Jeffries and Christopher Jeffries Carter; and his siblings, Gilda Davis, Jacqueline Penn, Patricia Moore, Gerald Jeffries, Geraldine Barns, Denise Jeffries-Hill, James Jeffries and Pamela McClure. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the House of Law, Inc. (9406 Frankstown Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
