She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Capen Bitting and Kenneth Hills Bitting; her brother Kenneth Hills Bitting, Jr.; her husband John Gilfillan Frazer, Jr.; and her former husband Dr. Charles U Lowe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara, Eliza Frazer (Barry Hood) of Helena, Montana, Bobbie Franks (Tyler) of Richmond and Virginia; her grandson Jack Hood of Helena; and her brothers, William Coleman Bitting and George Capen Bitting of St Louis, Missouri..
