She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Earle Beacham and Clara McClellan Beacham; and her sister Elizabeth Beacham Hargleroad (Kelm). She is survived by: her husband Charles R. "Dick" Volk; her close friend Barbara; her children, Christopher Volk (Carolyn) of Boise, ID, David Volk (Karen) of Sewickley, PA, Amy Tahan (Kevin) of San Diego, CA and Timothy Volk (Allison) of Springfield, OH; her granddaughter Emily; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah, Anna and Charles; her granddaughters, Elizabeth and Josephine; her great grandchild Amy; and her stepchildren, Elizabeth, Susanne, Mary, William (Susan), Nancy (John) and Sally.
