She is survived by: her husband Frank Webb; and her children, Christopher Webb (Jane Romeo) of Cleveland, OH, Wendy Kumer (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Becky Rinehart (John) of Dover, PA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
