She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Vargo and Ann Vargo; and her brother David Vargo. She is survived by: her husband John C. "Jack" Nusida, Jr.; her sons, Mike Nusida (Julie Bercaw) and Brian Nusida (Nicole); her grandchildren, Alexis Diehl (Joe), Sara Nusida, Meghan Nusida, Joey Nusida and Alice Peck; and her sisters, Sylvia Kifus (Barry) and Joann Matyus (late Joe). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William F. Gross Funeral Home, Ltd. (11735 Frankstown Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A prayer will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish St. Susanna Church (200 Stotler Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235).
