She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Culmer and Dorothy Culmer; her husband David Cherpak; her children, Brett Cherpak and Jessica Laux (Phil); her grandchildren, Sophia Laux, Brooke Laux and Tyler Cherpak; her sister Paula Mahokey (Chuck); her nephew Cole Mahokey (Danelle); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jake and Pace Mahokey.
