She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Tolchinsky and William Tolchinsky; her husband Matt Berman (Mathias); and her siblings, Harry Tolchinsky and Betty Aptaker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Dobrusin (Robert) of Ann Arbor, MI and Wendy Pelletier (Michael) of Essex, VT.; her grandchildren, Robert Pelletier (Samantha) of Lancaster, PA, Avi Dobrusin of St. Louis, MO, Katherine Pelletier (Kenneth Davenport) of North Kingstown, RI and Mickie Dobrusin of Ann Arbor, MI.; her great grandchild Cole Parker Pelletier; and her caregivers, Dhyanna Lucia, Emily Germain and Peggy Trombley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
