He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kossis and Bee Kossis; and his siblings, Paul Kossis (Bud) and Beatrice Barnett Winikoff. He is survived by: his spouse Reda Pearlstein; and his sons, Neil Kossis (Lisa) and Jeffrey Kossis (Marlene). He is also survived by four grandsons and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests that in lieu of sending flowers, donations be made to the Jewish National Fund, National Office, 42 East 69th Street, New York, NY 10021.
