He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Kiser and Eleanor Kiser (Houghtelin). He is survived by: his significant other Donna L. Kiser; his children, John A. (Donna), James B (Cheryl) and Marlene Kiser; his grandchildren, Jill Kiser, David Kiser (Kristen) and Jacquelin Sheaffer (Mark); his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Ellie Sheaffer; and his stepgranddaughters, Lisa Leonzio (Rich), Debbie Szczepanski (Doug) and Lori Fritz (Don).
