She was predeceased by: her husband John "Fran'Carroll; her parents, Anthony Petrella and Georgia Petrella; and her siblings, Marlene Mastalski and Keith Petrella.
She is survived by: her sons, Jim Carroll (Lori), Tim Carroll of Forrest Hills and John Carroll (Kim) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Sean and Amelia; her brother George Petrella; and her sister-in-law Betty "Tyke" Petrella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests a donation be made to animal friends in Brenda's name.
