He is survived by: his mother Karen Dougherty; his children, Darin, Briana and Britney Carter; his siblings, Delmer Jr. (Laura), Wayne II (Nicole) and Candace (Adam); his siblings' children, Ian (Ashley), Dylan (Richard), Shiloh, Denico and Callie; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kash and Leo.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ball Funeral Chapel, INC Email (600 Dunster St, Pittsburgh, PA 15226). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
