He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his siblings, James Perry and Ellen Smith. He is survived by: his children, Daniel, John, Susan and Judy; and his grandchildren, Maura, Meghan, Michelle, Bobbi, Michael, Erin, Stephen, Brian, Sharon, Cassandra and Nicholas. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
