Carl Johnson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2020, at the age of 86, Carl Johnson of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Carl Johnson II (Mila); his parents, Oscar Johnson and Stella Johnson; and his siblings, Ebby Johnson and Gertrude Buterbaugh.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Dwayne Johnson (late Linda), Cheryl Kost (Mark), Carol Lynn Dubovi (Tim), Tom Banta (Angelica) and Laura Huth (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Rachel (Henry), Alexandra, Jordan, Colin, Tyler, Nickole, Carl III (Emily), Carla (Joshua), John, Lauren (Jake), Louis, Natalie, Josiah, Jake, Elena, Kathryn, Mary, Claire and Patrick. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

If desired and In lieu of flowers, the Johnson family suggest memorials to the Renton Fire Department or the Holiday Park United Methodist Church Philippi Mission in memory of Carl.
