She is survived by: her husband Dan Lavelle; her children, Michael Kish (Samantha), Cody Conroy (Brooke), Madison Lavelle and Chase Lavelle; her parents, Jane King (William) and Frank Berchok (Veronika); her parents-in-law, Joseph and Leah Lavelle; her siblings, Terez Keith (Aaron), Frankie Berchok and Shane Berchok; her sister-in-law Jill Kirsch (Eric); and her grandparents, Edward and Betty Caton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and many friends.
