She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Spirnak; her sons, John (Maryann) and Mark (Amanda); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Madelyn, Jack and Caroline; and her sister Mary Kay Duffy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
