She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Dasta; her parents, James Guerriero and Adeline Guerriero; and her siblings, John and Patricia.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank (Stacey), Eric (Kathleen), Steven (Lauren) and Matthew (Ashley); her grandchildren, Frank, Marissa, Daniel, Kelly, Eric, Grace, Jack, Vincent and Anna; and her siblings, James, Kathleen and Ann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Carolyn has requested that a small donation be made to, Saint Paul of the Cross Parish, Saint Anne Church, 400 Hoodridge Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15234.
