He was predeceased by: his pet Target. He is survived by: his significant other Bethany Ruhe; his sons, Jones and Kyle (Sammie); his grandson Leo; his mother Peggy O'Neill; his stepfather Jim Zechinati; his father Don Smith; his siblings, Shannon O'Neill Bouchet (Michael), Erin O'Neill (Chrissy), Ben Zechinati (Liz) and Paul Zechinati; and his pet Herman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
