She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Keith Owens and Sybal Owens; her children, Desiree Mohney (Stephen), Whitney Wagner and Chad Wagner (Lauren); her grandson Connor Wagner; her pets, Logan, Nina and Cooper; and her siblings, Linda Luce (late Glenn), Gary Owens (Chris) and Deb Early (Darrell). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
