Cecil Howard was predeceased by: sibling David Rosenthal. Cecil Howard is survived by: parents, Joy Rosenthal and Eliezer "Elie" Rosenthal; siblings, Diane Hirt, Michael Hirt, Michele Rosenthal and Robert Kennedy; and nieces and nephews, Jennifer Hirt and Li Wen Hirt. Cecil Howard is also survived by many cousins, friends.
