He is survived by: his mother Sharon Richard; his son Charles Raymond Haynes III; his sister Jennifer Richard; his aunts, Kathy Brandon, Margaret Richard and Virginia Lyons; his uncle Charles Watkins (Karen); his sibling's children, Andres, Jordi, Sienna, Madison, Nolan, Caitlyn, Dakota, Nathan, Ryan, Leah and Charles III; and his cousins, Tiffany, Jessica, Holly, Chucky, Shawn and Daniene.
