McCurdy, Hunter J. McCurdy and Forrest D. McCurdy, Sr.; his grandchildren, Hayden A. McCurdy and Forrest D. McCurdy Jr.; his sister Frankie Ann Bonifield; and his brother-in-law Jan Wingard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
