We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2024, at the age of 104, Clare M. Pachavis (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clare M. Pachavis to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Reis and Louise Reis; her husband Henry Pachavis; and her daughter Karen. She is survived by : her children, Robert (Barbara) and Nancy (Bob Strause); and her grandchildren, Brett Gearing (Stella), Alyssa Werner, Jessica Leonard (Craig), David Gearing, Tanner, Logan and Spencer Pachavis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Slater Funeral Directors (112 Fort Couch Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Parish.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
