With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Curtis G. Pohl (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Curtis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Curtis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Bridget Pohl and Braedan Burke; his parents, David Pohl and Sharon Dickman Pohl; and his siblings, Vicky Cooper (Hugh), Shelly Pentland (Tom), Gregg Pohl (Shelly), Keith Pohl and Clint Pohl.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perman Funeral Home (923 Saxonburg Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15223). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Chapel (1704 Harpster St, Pittsburgh, PA 15212).
