With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia L. Hartwig (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Clara Grupp; her siblings, Robert, Rich Grupp, Eleanor Cyphers, Joanne Chizmar and Marge Draskovich; and her parents-in-law, Bertha B. Hartwig and Leo W. Hartwig.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Hartwig; and her children, Adam (Jen) and Megan (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Cyndi's memory to St. Luke The Evangelist Parish or the Audobon Association.
