Lowe, Jr.; her children, David Lowe (Edith), Steven Lowe (Laura) and Jennifer Ross (Dan); her grandchildren, Ryan Lowe (Bonnie), Allison Guimera (Daniel), Sadie Lowe, Elaina Lowe and Hannah Stover (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Rayah Keefer, Audra Guimera, Caleb Guimera and Bailey Stover. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cherished friends and neighbors.
