Cynthia Noe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2025, at the age of 82, Cynthia Noe of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Noe; her parents, Samuel Pavlow and Minnie Pavlow; and her siblings, Allan Pavlow and Rochelle Lefkowitz.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Brufsky (Adam) of Pittsburgh, David Weiskopf (Amy) of Cincinnati and Steven Weiskopf (Renee) of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Eliza, Alex and Josh Brufsky; and her children, Kate, Zachary Weiskopf, Max and Noah Weiskopf.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Temple Emanuel of the South Hills (1250 Bower Hill Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15243).
