He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter T. Kitzky, Sr. and Henrietta "Minnie" Kitzky; and his brother Walter T. Kitzky, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Dale W. Kitzky, Jr. (Sandy) and Cheryl McNeill (Gerald); his grandchildren, Leanne, Ryan, Josh, Jarett and Jesse; and his pet Herman.
