He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Malacki and Nellie Malacki; and his brother Denny Malacki. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Garzony (Damian), Emily Kowalczyk (Chris), Charlie W. Malacki, Owen, Addison, Harper, Rylee and Jaxson; and his siblings, Ed Malacki, James "Bo" Malacki (Teresa) and JoAnn Calhoun (Keith). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
