With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dan L. Garfinkel of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Ackerman Garfinkel; his sons, Benjamin Garfinkel (Jenna) and Eli Garfinkel; his parents, Bertram Garfinkel and Margaret Garfinkel Weiner; his sisters, Ellen Worthington (Daniel) of Cleveland, OH. and Karen Garfinkel of Cleveland, OH.; his siblings-in-law, Bill, Leslie Ackerman, Holli and Joe Novelly; and his daughter-in-law Jenna. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
