He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Bill (Corcoran); his fathers, Daniel P. Bill (Amber) and Adrian Hughes (Greg); his grandchildren, Timothy, Chelsea, Bailie, Rylie, Lillie Mae, Sullie and Cameron; his great grandchild Mikey; and his siblings, Francis J. Li and James Bill. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
