He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chupinsky and Mary Chupinsky (Rohal); his wife Priscilla Chupinsky (Wilson); and his sister Irene McCullough. He is survived by: his children, David Chupinsky (Brenda), Timothy Chupinsky (Elena), Mary Beth Cohen (Todd) and John Chupinsky (Camille); his grandchildren, Jacob Cohen (Heather), Joel Cohen (Deanna), Thomas, Ana, Sara, Zachary, Madeline and J. C. Chupinsky; and his brother John Chupinsky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Godchildren.
