He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Horne (Diana) of Pittsburgh, Claire Horne of Pittsburgh, Christopher Horne of Suffolk and Virginia; his nieces, Pamela J. Horne and Kathy L. Byfield (Tim); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Colin, Faith Kozlowski, Emmet, Owen and Kieran Byfield.
