He was predeceased by: his wife Antoinette "Toni" Belkot (Lepera); and his parents, Theodore Belkot and Dolores Belkot (Rogowski). He is survived by: his children, Dena Yaksich (Jeffrey) and Daniell Stauffer; and his siblings, Theodore Belkot (Donna), Paul Belkot (Karen), Gary Belkot (Linda), Kenwyn Belkot (Dana) and Dennis Belkot (Michelle). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
