He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Blackhall (Roof) and David J. Blackhall. He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Mallick; his children, Noel Ashburn (Kyle) and David R. Blackhall; the mother of his children Beth; his siblings, Darrell Blackhall and Janet Blackhall; his in-laws, Robert (Judy) and Jeanette (Jeff); and also Dusty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, non-perishable food or monetary donations are welcome for the local food bank and the Wilkins Elks Lodge #577, where David was a proud member, to support their veterans programs.
