He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Noel and Charlotte M. Noel (Davis); and his siblings, Joseph A. Noel Jr. and Barbra Ann Franksain. He is survived by: his brothers, Bruce Noel and Wayne Noel (Denise). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
