He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline Urso Lavia; his son Peter "Squeek" Lavia; and his parents, Ernie Lavia and Lucille Walls Lavia. He is survived by: his children, Cristine "Criss" Lavia and Jeff Lavia; his sister Linda Corbett (Patrick); and his granddaughters, Heather, Holly and Hannah. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
